In contrast to my previous journal, I just felt I had to take a moment to vent my frustration...
WRITER'S BLOOOOOOCK!!!!!!!!!!Phew. I'm glad I got that off my chest.
I'm really stuck. I know what I want to happen, but not how to
make it happen. No word of lie, I've written three different versions for what should be happening next. I finally got one that might work, it just seems so... well, stupid. I don't know how one person, in the middle of the fortress-palace, can get kidnapped, in the middle of the night, and taken out of the country.
I mean. Is it even
possible? What I've written so far just sounds like an excuse. It just isn't logical. And I can't think of any other way for her to get kidnapped, even during the day, because she's still mourning Vincent, and pretty much doing nothing but wandering the halls at night. Any ideas? Q_Q
Anyway. Enough angst.

Though I'm not 100% convinced that they are ALL anatomically correct, I've been using them for the last couple sketches I did recently, and I'm getting better at drawing people.
My advice always is: If you can't draw them well enough, go draw them some more...

That's right. It usually works, if you can get past that agonizing thought of: "But I
haaaate drawing that!"
Now, apparently, I need to go to something that's actually
productive. My summer's almost over, wasting away.... slowly... nerrghh...
But to end on a happy note, I actually wrote a poem for my story. No stealy. It's a short cinquian. (5 lines, the first having 2 beats, then 4, 6, 8, and 2 again. The traditional form uses iambs (unstressed, then stressed syllable pattern). Yep, I did some research.)
Your heart
calls out to me;
a beacon in the dark,
a guide when eyes don’t clearly see

And yes, that has something to do with how my character ends up kidnapped in the middle of the night in a fortress armed to the teeth.
